PSS Seal LLC proposed replacing the existing stuffing boxes and packing with the PSS Type B Shaft Seal and Flange. The PSS Type B Shaft Seal is specifically designed to provide a watertight installation, effectively addressing leakage issues. This advanced seal also reduces maintenance demands, making it an ideal replacement for outdated components.
Due to the length restriction of the larger floc basins, PSS Seal developed a custom PSS Type B Shaft Seal with a mounting flange.
